Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an alternative refund method will be arranged with the customer.

Refund amounts, original delivery charges, and processing deadlines will be handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the replacement product costs more, the price difference will be communicated before confirmation.
